Powder spray gun operator — Anderson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Anderson County, Texas. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time, day shift.
