Oven operator wanted in Humphreys County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Humphreys County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
