Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
