Powder coating technician — Echols County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Echols County, Georgia. The job is at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
