Join our team: we are hiring an insulation installer in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On the job you will handle: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
