Fine-dining server — Wilkes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Rotating shifts.
