In-process quality controller wanted in Manchester

We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Manchester, England. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
