Mechanical press operator wanted in Stewart County

Join our team: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Stewart County, Tennessee. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
