Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Powhatan County, Virginia. The job is on a construction site. On the job you will handle: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 6+ years on the tools preferred.
