You should have: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons.
