Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Mayes County, Oklahoma. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
