Now hiring: we are hiring a marble worker in Union County, Mississippi. The job is on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades You should have: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Own hand tools an advantage • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
