Waiter — Roscommon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Roscommon County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy restaurant. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Overtime paid at a premium rate.
