Mining dozer operator — Metcalfe County

Join our team: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. The job is at an open-cast mine. Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
