Head baker wanted in Wood County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Wood County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
