Join our team: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Ellsworth County, Kansas. You will work at a food processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
