Cnc setter-operator — Davidson County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Davidson County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection You will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; write and edit G-code programs at the control. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
