Kitchen steward — Chariton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Chariton County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
