Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Camden County, Georgia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Rotating shifts.
