We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolder in Lewis County, Kentucky. You will work at a shipyard. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Your main tasks: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors Rotating shifts.
