What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience.
