Scullery hand — Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lake County, California. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
