Domestic gas engineer — Bradley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Bradley County, Tennessee. Day to day you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders We offer $6,750 per project plus benefits.
