Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Osage County, Kansas. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
