Machinist — Gordon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machinist in Gordon County, Georgia. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
