Urgent requirement: oven operator (Oyo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Ibadan South East, Oyo State. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Overtime paid at a premium rate.
