Bread and bun maker — Montezuma County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Montezuma County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
