Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Laurens County, South Carolina. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
