Immediate opening: assembly technician (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly technician in Stevens County, Minnesota. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
