Machine assembly operator — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Jackson County, Kentucky. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
