Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Greene County, Illinois. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
