Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Deuel County, South Dakota. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
