Vacancy available: mobile crane operator (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
