Blocklayer — Dutsi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Dutsi, Katsina State. You will be based on a commercial construction site. On a typical shift you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently We offer ₦110,000 per month plus benefits.
