Immediate opening: RCC mason (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Stark County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Rotating shifts.
