UPVC welding machine operator — Rapides Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The role involves clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
