Beldar — Lafourche Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience.
