Join our team: safety inspector (Borno State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Bayo, Borno State. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦125,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
