You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety The role involves key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing.
