Nursery worker — Monroe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Monroe County, Iowa. You will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience.
