Urgent requirement: turning centre operator (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Green County, Kentucky. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
