Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Nkwerre, Imo State. The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Rotating shifts.
