Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in Olmsted County, Minnesota. You will be based at an industrial plant. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
