Moulder — Perry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Perry County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
