Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Effingham County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
