Powder coating operator wanted in Olmsted County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Olmsted County, Minnesota. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
