Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Rock County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
