Bread and bun maker — Dubuque County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Dubuque County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
