Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Franklin County, Nebraska. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Day to day you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
