You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
